As an Assistant Store Manager you will lead a consultative sales team to deliver exceptional service in a high volume retail environment. You will be polished, articulate and passionate about team development. You will be calm under pressure with experience prioritising tasks in a fast paced retail environment. **To be successful you need to have**:
- Experience supervising a volume driven retail environment
- An energetic, outgoing personality
- Exposure to KPI's
- Experience with rostering, merchandising and driving sales
- A hunger for personal growth and development
- A passion for making your customers day
