About the Role
This is a hands‐on, commercially focused marketing role where you'll partner directly with business leaders across a network of locations to drive customer growth.
Blending strategy with execution, you'll plan, deliver and optimise multi‐channel campaigns, using data and insights to influence decisions and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute localised marketing plans
* Drive customer acquisition across digital and offline channels (Email, SMS, Paid Media, Local Area Marketing)
* Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy
* Manage campaign delivery end‐to‐end, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
* Develop engaging content across CRM, social and promotional channels
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity and emerging digital/AI opportunities
About You
* 3-5 years' experience in a marketing role (multi‐site, retail, franchise or services ideal)
* Strong understanding of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, CRM, SEO/SEM)
* Commercially minded with a data‐driven approach to decision making
* Confident stakeholder manager - able to influence and build trust
* Highly organised, hands‐on and comfortable working at pace
* A proactive, positive team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
