About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Change Manager
to partner with stakeholders across the organisation and lead initiatives that harmonise systems, streamline workflows, and support successful platform transitions. This role is critical in ensuring that technology and process changes are adopted smoothly, delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
* Workflow & Process Mapping:
Document and analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
* Systems Harmonisation:
Recommend and implement strategies to align disparate systems and improve interoperability.
* Requirements Gathering:
Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements for new or enhanced systems.
* Solution Design Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that meet business objectives.
* Change Management Support:
Develop training materials, communication plans, and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
* Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all solutions align with relevant Australian standards, including data privacy and accessibility.
* Implementation Coordination:
Oversee delivery of system changes, supporting platform transitions and ensuring successful adoption.
About You
* Strong background in project delivery and implementation, with proven ability to coordinate complex system changes.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
* Experience in workflow analysis and process improvement.
* Knowledge of change management frameworks and ability to support training and communication initiatives.
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
