An established and growing insurance builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential insurance repair projects across NSW. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Site Supervisors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of 4+ Site Supervisors across multiple regions
* Oversee large loss insurance repairs and liaise with loss adjusters
* Monitor KPIs, drive project outcomes, and manage monthly invoicing targets
* Attend sites weekly to review progress and meet with Supervisors
* Collaborate with Estimating, Finance, and interstate teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Manage documentation and reporting to maintain compliance and quality standards
* Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings
What We're Looking For:
* Trade qualified with strong experience in insurance construction
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage large loss repair projects
* Excellent communication, site management, and problem-solving skills
* Confident, well-presented, and commercially astute
* Strong documentation and organisational ability
* Willingness to travel weekly for site visits
