Yennora Oasis Hotel, a vibrant and much-loved hospitality venue in Fairfield East, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of venue operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with proven leadership ability, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day hotel and pub operations, including bar, bistro, and events services. Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service and team performance. Manage budgets, financial reporting, cost control, and overall profitability of the venue. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards. Coordinate rostering, recruitment, and performance management of staff. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and other regulatory requirements. Drive marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement to grow the business. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally. Collaborate with ownership on business planning, strategy, and long-term growth. About You: Demonstrated experience in a hotel or hospitality management role, ideally within pubs or venues of similar scale. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and inspire teams. Solid financial and business management skills. In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, liquor licensing, and compliance requirements. Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy, fast-paced environment.
