We are seeking an energetic and hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead and coach a high-performing internal team based in Perth's southern suburbs. Supplying parts to the mining industry, this well-established and privately owned business is committed to delivering responsive service, technical accuracy, and long-term customer relationships.
This is a key leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape team culture, implement best-practice processes, and raise service standards across the board. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play an integral role in improving the overall customer experience and ensuring all quotes and enquiries are effectively followed through.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and support an internal customer service and sales team
* Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to service KPIs and performance targets
* Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring timely and accurate responses across all channels
* Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
* Conduct regular team training and feedback sessions to build capability and engagement
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within customer service, internal sales, or operations
* Strong team management and coaching skills, with a focus on accountability and culture-building
* Practical, hands-on leadership style – willing to step in and support the team when needed
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and order/quote management platforms
