The Operations Manager will be the driving force behind the success of your property or properties, leading a passionate team and ensuring our residents have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:
">
* Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing customer service team on-site.
* Plan and manage staffing to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
* Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members.
* Collaborate with Facilities and Wellness & Hygiene teams to ensure standout presentation and maintenance.
* Manage arrears and ensure targets are met for collections and operational costs.
* Own the reporting process - track property performance and share insights.
* Partner with the leasing and marketing team to deliver successful campaigns.
* Help shape and hit revenue goals while keeping an eye on efficiencies.

Requirements:

* You have 5+ years' experience in customer service or operations roles.
* You've managed strong, effective teams and know how to bring out the best in people.
* You understand how to manage budgets and drive results.
* You're highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic environments.
* You're confident, collaborative and bring a hands-on leadership style.
* You're open to obtaining relevant certifications.
