Join Our Team as an Administration Officer at Wallaroo Hospital and Health Service! Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills? Wallaroo Hospital and Health Service is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. In this key role, you'll be providing essential administrative support to both our clients and staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support in line with established practices.
* Maintain client records, data entry, and word processing to State Records Standards.
* Support the Administration Team Leader and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Process accounts and assist in information provision to clients.
* Participate in team meetings and assist less experienced staff with their professional development.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to change.
* Demonstrated commitment to customer service and team collaboration.
* Experience in customer service and record maintenance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software tools.
* Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity principles.
