Looking for a rostering officer to join a growing community service organisation

**Your new role**
As a rostering officer, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and scheduling of shifts for a team of support workers across various programs and locations. You will ensure that shifts are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner, while meeting the needs and preferences of clients and staff. You will also monitor and report on staff hours, leave requests, timesheets and payroll data. You will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with clients, staff, managers and other stakeholders on rostering matters.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar rostering role, preferably in the disability or community sector
- Knowledge of relevant industrial relations legislation and award conditions
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a commitment to the organisation's vision and values
