Psychology Support Specialist
We are seeking a Psychology Support Specialist to deliver person-centred services to individuals with complex needs. This role involves conducting assessments, preparing reports, and providing therapy and direct treatments.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology, with experience working with clients of various ages and needs. They will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and prepare reports for clients
* Provide therapy and direct treatments to clients
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
* Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Master's degree or higher in Psychology or related field
* Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
* Experience working with clients with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and trauma
