Job Title: Service Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Team Lead to oversee service operations coordination with product teams, retail stores, logistics, warehouses, and field technicians to achieve customer satisfaction.
1. Lead and manage a team of service technicians and coordinators to deliver timely support.
2. Engage regularly with direct reports to support their caseloads.
3. Implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with after-sale service case managers to assess and repair customers' equipment.
5. Use data and insights to identify improvement opportunities.
6. Work closely with internal teams to support installations and equipment roll-outs.
7. Manage supplier relationships for essential parts and resources.
8. Oversee training and capability development for the service team.
9. Report on service performance metrics and KPIs.
