THE ROLE
As a Builders Rep/Trade Specialist at Beaumont Tiles, it will be your role to ensure our trade customers are delighted with our service whilst also assisting the Builders Team in achieving their sales targets. You will motivate others in our team with your infectious passion for sales and customer excellence, whilst inspiring our customers with an outstanding experience every time.
As part of a team of passionate professionals, you will present yourself with positivity and energy. Your drive and motivation to succeed will see you constantly developing your industry knowledge so that you are a true expert in your field.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role involving trade/builder sales and service
Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Tiling and associated trade industry relevant experience will be highly regarded
Previous exposure to our customer base would be an advantage
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Competency in using Microsoft Office
Responsible for maintaining and developing valuable relationships with our key business partners
