The role of Administrative Officer involves supporting the board in administration, preparation and minute-taking for meetings. This position requires an experienced and self-motivated individual to manage secretarial tasks, attend and take minutes at board meetings, and coordinate logistics.
Key responsibilities include accurately documenting discussions, decisions, and actions, as well as preparing and circulating meeting agendas with attachments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging venues, catering, and online logistics for board meetings.
This is a contracted role requiring the provision of an ABN. Availability for scheduled meetings is essential, but flexibility in work hours is available to meet deadlines.
