Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Activities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of guest activities, marine, and watersports functions at our luxury resort.
The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer all aspects of marina operations, private charters, berthing, reporting, scheduling, and invoicing.
* Deliver and execute non-motorised water sports, guided activities, and recreational programs as required.
* Ensure exceptional guest experiences, safety, and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
* Previous experience in activities, recreation, or marine operations is preferred.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Physical ability to engage in outdoor and marine activities as required.
* CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and team collaboration.
* Understanding of safety standards and procedures in marine and recreational activities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic financial acumen for monitoring costs and supporting revenue generation.
* Passion for outdoor activities, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
