We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our licensing agreements and partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically managing Crop Science licensing and associated technology partnerships in Trait and Crop Protection portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute commercial contracts and strategic licensing arrangements to fulfill crop science annual operating and business model requirements.
2. Maintain transparency and governance in license execution with 3rd parties and their ongoing relationship management.
3. Develop and maintain third-party licensee relationships, ensuring seasonal obligations and requirements are met.
4. Translate regulatory and commercial requirements into customer-centric materials to promote stewardship and compliance.
5. Review marketing programs and update licensing agreements as needed.
6. Manage electronic agreement distribution and review seasonal audit requirements.
7. Define glyphosate portfolio strategy for ANZ in collaboration with stakeholders.
8. In-license products to support overall portfolio footprint.
Required Qualifications:
1. Experience in licensing product management or relevant marketing discipline.
2. Extensive experience working in the agricultural seed & chemical market.
3. Strong commercial acumen.
4. Contract engagement knowledge.
5. Demonstrated collaboration with external industry groups.
6. Experience in remote and cross-cultural teams.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
