As a Graduate Engineer, you'll support the delivery of key work packages across the NBN NSW N2P project.
You'll collaborate with experienced engineers and site supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in site inspections and toolbox meetings
- Supporting construction planning and scheduling
- Manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring systems are accurately updated and reconciled in accordance with construction progress
- Coordinating traffic management and council approvals
- Tracking project variations and completion artefacts
- Engaging in lessons learnt and innovation workshops
What we're looking for:
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Degree or a related discipline
- 0-1 year of industry experience
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
