Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to meet the banking requirements of our customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

You will assist in the development of long-term mutually rewarding relationships between our bank and its customers through various in-branch transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, educating customers on the benefits of online banking, and assisting in opening business accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to meet the banking requirements of our customers
* Assisting in the development of long-term mutually rewarding relationships between our bank and its customers
* Identifying opportunities to market our range of financial products and services through continuous education and interaction with our customers
* Promoting our bank in a positive and professional way through various volunteer programs and opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A track record in excellent customer service
* Confidence in building strong relationships with customers
* Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* The ability to determine priorities and work effectively under pressure
* Previous customer service/sales experience is essential
