Leadership Role - Store Manager
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to oversee a team of retail professionals at one of our stores.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
* Operational efficiency to achieve sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
* Motivating teams to achieve optimal results in KPI's & added value targets across stores
* Closely monitoring sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results, and identifying areas of missed opportunity
* Effectively managing wage costs to weekly wage targets, company rostering standards, and following legislation guidelines
* Coaching and mentoring teams to maintain high morale and encouraging their development through training and succession plans
* Ensuring efficient OH&S management and adherence to legislation

Requirements

* The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPI's
* A sound operational and strategic skill set with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
* Experience managing rosters and wage control
* Ability to build strong professional relationships with support office departments
