National Training Manager:
Burger Urge, a leading fast-food chain headquartered in New Farm, Queensland, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Training Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our training and development initiatives across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field trainers and office-based training team members.
Develop a comprehensive network training plan to roll out new content over the next six months, starting with the corporate venues in Windsor and extending to the franchise network.
Review existing training content and collaborate with relevant teams to assess the current state.
Oversee the planning and scoping of the training plan and rollout strategy, with the prospect to recommend and onboard new resources.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar training and development role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning platforms is highly desirable.
A passion for continuous learning and a drive to stay updated with industry trends.
