ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for a well-presented, vibrant, and organised individual to step into this key role within our organisation. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you’ll help shape the initial impressions of our business while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently for our team.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or office coordination role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
* Driven, proactive and resourceful nature
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail while multi-tasking
Your usual activities will include:
* Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls
* Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Coordinating key distribution to clients and trades
* Overseeing office stock, kitchen, and food & beverage supplies
* Helping to organise company events and staff functions
* Scheduling staff amenities including massages, and courier deliveries
* Monitoring and managing the common inbox for notices
* Supporting the Property Management team with daily administrative tasks
* General data entry duties in CRM
