Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The Plant Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that all equipment is functioning properly.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
* Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
* Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs as necessary
* Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
* Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that production targets are met
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
