Hours:
Evening shifts available from 5pm - 11:30pm, opportunity for some day shifts for the right candidate
Opportunities for further development, more hours or a permanent role available for the right candidate.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic waiter to join our well established team, someone who loves people, food, wine, Tassie and is keen to learn and continue to grow and evolve with our crew. Stillwater Restaurant (established in 2000) is an award winning, hatted restaurant, located in the heart of the Tamar Valley in Launceston, Tasmania. Our philosophy is to provide exceptional, engaged and humble service, showcasing the best and freshest local produce. Our wine list is carefully curated and award winning in itself, with a team of professionals (WSET qualified team) to help guide and educate guests and the team.

We're looking for a team member with these characteristics:
Experienced waiter in a la carte service (minimum 1 year preferable)
Have basic wine, spirit and beer knowledge
Have a genuine passion for people and food
Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Enjoys working in a team
Has a thirst for knowledge
A great attitude
