We are looking for a solution-focused, curious and analytical Account Manager to join our high-performing, customer‐centric Service Delivery Team based in our Moorabbin office.
Responsibilities
* Build strong, long‐lasting multi-level relationships with customers
* Contact customers regularly to ensure clarity on projects and timelines
* Provide operational assistance with an onsite presence
* Deliver continuous improvement from a business perspective and demonstrate understanding of customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy
* Deliver a no‐better experience that improves NPS results
* Focus on delivering the best logistics experience across all aspects of the supply chain, retaining and extending accounts
* Provide insightful, value‐added reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for greater efficiencies
Qualifications
* Exposure to an Account Management role and expectations
* Strong process focus, specifically in relationship management
* Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business
* Proven analysis, problem‐solving, decision‐making and negotiation skills
* Ability to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find the best solution
