About the Role
We are seeking Four Casual Medical Receptionist who is passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience from arrival through to departure.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive and professional impression while supporting the clinical team with administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
* Managing phone enquiries and booking patient appointments
* Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
* Processing billing and payments
* Managing patient records and documentation
* Performing general reception and administrative duties
You will receive:
* Comprehensive orientation and induction
* Online compliance and systems training
* Ongoing support from your Practice Manager and team
* We ensure you have the tools, training and support needed to succeed while delivering consistent, high-quality patient service.
About You
* Previous medical reception or medical administration experience (highly regarded)
* Strong customer service skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity
* Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
* Up-to-date vaccination and immunisation status
* Intermediate computer skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Commitment to ethical conduct and patient confidentiality
