HR Generalist – Empower Our People, Drive Our Growth
Are you a hands-on, people focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Lincoln Electric is looking for a HR Generalist to be the heartbeat of our HR Operation, supporting our employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding while keeping everything compliant, smooth and people-centric for our ASI division.
What You'll Do:
· Coordinate end-to-end HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance reviews, promotions, exits and more
· Be the go-to person for HR queries for our ASI division and support the HR team with our ANZ business unit
· Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR reporting
· Help identify training needs, manage compliance and support career development
· Assist with payroll, remuneration, WHS and injury management administration
· Support employee engagement, culture building events and internal communications
· Contribute to integration activities, process improvements and HR projects across the business
What We're Looking For:
· Tertiary HR Qualification (Degree)
· 3 years + experience in similar role
· Strong understanding of HR processes, Fair Work, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements
· Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
· Approachable, trustworthy and calm under pressure
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Australian work rights are required for this position
Bonus Points If You Have:
· Exposure to HRIS/payroll systems or job management systems
· Corporate environment experience
· Knowledge of employment, WHS, return to work and payroll legislation
