Your new role
As the IT Service Desk Officer, you'll be the go-to technical expert onsite, supporting the office environment. You will resolve advanced incidents, manage escalations, and ensure stability across a broad technology stack.
Role and Responsibilities
* Provide Level 3 technical support across Windows, O365/M365, networking, and production systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and escalations from L1/L2 teams
* Support end‐user devices, applications, network connectivity, and onsite infrastructure
* Liaise with external vendors and escalate issues where required
* Maintain documentation, asset updates, and knowledge articles
* Ensure minimal downtime across business‐critical systems in a fast‐paced environment
What you'll need to succeed
1. Strong background in Level 3 IT support, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or food production environments
2. Expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, networking fundamentals, and hardware support
3. Experience supporting onsite production systems or operational technology (OT) is highly regarded.
4. Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
5. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
