About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor – Leadership & Management to join our Broadmeadows campus team. This role plays a key part in delivering high‐quality training to both industry clients and students across multiple delivery modes, including face‐to‐face and online learning.
You Will
* Work closely with industry partners, schools and TAFEs to understand workforce needs and tailor training solutions.
* Deliver engaging and contemporary training that supports emerging and existing leaders.
* Conduct competency‐based assessments aligned with VET quality standards.
* Model strong leadership capabilities, professional communication and high engagement in diverse classroom and workplace environments.
* Regularly travel to different campuses and client sites to deliver training.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly connected within industry, a strong communicator, and confident presenting to groups of emerging and established leaders.
We Are Excited About You Because You Have
* A minimum Certificate IV in Leadership or Management (essential).
* A Diploma of Leadership & Management (desirable).
* A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent), or a willingness to enrol.
* Strong industry experience and credibility in leadership roles.
* The ability to confidently deliver both online and face‐to‐face training.
* Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
* Experience working with diverse cohorts, including regional travel clients (e.g., Bendigo/Ballarat).
