The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Operational Administrator to join our team in Mount Isa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting finance, payroll, and operational administration to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Process timesheets and assist with payroll processing
* Manage invoicing for our key clients
* Coordinate client on-charges and cost allocations
* Raise and manage purchase orders
* Track candidate related costs and expenses
* Assist with mobilisation of candidates to site
* Manage site compliance documentation for candidates
* Monitor and respond to our shared inboxes
* Provide general administration and reception support as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in delivering accurate work, supporting your team, and providing a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Skills & Experience
* Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with payroll, timesheets, or finance administration (highly regarded)
* Understanding of invoicing, purchase orders, and cost tracking
* Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
