About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow sales of construction laser equipment. You’ll spend most of your time with customers in the field, understanding their needs and matching them with the right tools to get the job done.
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
* Selling construction lasers (rotary, line, grade lasers and accessories) to new and existing customers
* Access to a wider range of products as industry knowledge develops
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies and dealers
* Find new business through calls, site visits, referrals and networking
* Run product demos and explain how equipment works on-site
* Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and close sales
* Manage your territory, pipeline and customer information in our CRM
* Work closely with the internal team to ensure great customer service
* Stay across product updates, industry trends and competitor activity
* Attend trade shows, job sites and events as required
About You
* 2+ years’ sales experience; construction, surveying, equipment or B2B sales highly regarded
* Familiarity with construction lasers or jobsite tools is an advantage
* Full Australian working rights
* Confident communicating with customers and building relationships
* Able to explain technical products in a clear, practical way
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and organised
* Strong time management skills
* Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
