We have a fulfilling full-time People and Culture and RTW Coordinator position based at our head office in Bathurst. In this role, you will support the organisation in fostering a positive workplace culture, champion employee wellbeing, and coordinate effective return-to-work plans to support our people through their recovery journey.
This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate, organised and people-focused professional who thrived on making a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities in this role include:
* Coordinate and implement tailored Return to Work plans, ensuring that employees return to work safely and with the right supports in place
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including medical professionals and insurers to support recovery and integration
* Support and promote employee wellbeing initiatives, including EAP promotion, wellness campaigns, staff engagement programs and participate in staff safety committees
* Contribute to a positive organisational culture by support people and culture programs such as onboarding, recognition, development and engagement
* Attend medical appointments with returning employees (where appropriate) and communicate suitable duties to managers
* Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
* Support the broader People and Culture team with people-related projects and communication
* Foster a culture of inclusion, respect and continuous improvement throughout the organisation
Are You Our Ideal Candidate? We're looking for someone with the following:
* Return to Work and Injury Management Training Certificate
* Previous experience in the same or similar role is highly desirable
* First Aid Certificate
* NDIS Worker Check
* Working with Children Check
* Current Driver's Licence
* Positive and professional attitude and approach to work
