About the Role
You'll be part of a talented and collaborative kitchen team delivering refined dishes that showcase exceptional seasonal West Australian produce—paired with Leeuwin Estate's current and museum-release Art Series wines.

* Previous experience in a quality, high-volume restaurant or bistro
* Strong skills in contemporary food preparation and presentation
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Reliability and flexibility, including weekend availability
