The Role

We're on the search for an incredible Junior Campaign Manager to deliver on ambitious plans across some of the biggest brands in the BRG portfolio. This role will be pivotal in delivering the Experience Oz brand's marketing, campaign, partnership, and social activities. The role lives in our Brand & Marketing team, and is central to the on-time, on-brand, and off-the-charts delivery of our partnership & retail campaigns. Working across ATL & BTL media, activations, events, PR and digital marketing, you will be at the epicentre of our world of marketing.
We're looking for a creative, partnership-minded marketer, with a love of best-in‐class campaigns, and who wants to learn from the best in the industry. You will be confident working across projects and timelines, finding time to plan, create, optimise, and influence better outcomes for our campaigns.
In this role, you will work with every team in the business. You will collaborate daily with our Performance, Ecom, Creative & Digital Experience teams to deliver exceptional outcomes across brand, retail & social campaigns. It is suited to a curious, collaborative marketer, who can be part of a team that exists to "inspire and champion each other".
Core Activities
* Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing teams to plan and implement effective campaigns that align with business objectives, target audience, and market trends. Utilise various marketing channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more.
* Campaign Management: Oversee campaign process, from initial ideation, planning to execution, monitoring, and analysis. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on KPI.
* Social Media: Plan, create & schedule organic posts to achieve engagement & follower growth metrics.
* Partnerships & Influencers: Find & execute long-term partnerships with Tourism Boards, content creators & brand partners to drive growth for the brand.
* Timeline & Calendar Management: Build & communicate clear timelines to ensure time for creative excellence, innovative channel plans and cost‐effective media purchase.
* Channel Briefing & Selection: Identify key channels to deliver creative ideas in creative ways, create briefs that lead agencies to true creative outputs, and create media plans to deliver performance for your brand.
* Media & PR: Manage agency relationships with Head of Brand Marketing from campaign inception to execution to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
* Content Creation & Coordination: Use your channel knowledge to brief fit‐for‐channel creative for all key media outputs. Identify existing content, or new content to be created with influencers, ambassadors, or partners.
* Creative Excellence: Oversee the creative execution of campaigns by creating excellent briefs, giving clear feedback, and approving content to be on‐brand.
* Reporting: Monitor campaign KPI performance including revenue, ROAS, reach, view‐through rate, click‐through rate, and engagement. Use data‐driven insights to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
* Budget Management: Manage social & campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor expenses and campaign costs, while identifying cost‐saving opportunities without compromising quality or results.
* Cross‐functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including performance, affiliates, data and customer support, to align campaign objectives with overall business goals. Collaborate on promotional strategies, product launches, and customer retention initiatives.
Experience Required
* Minimum 2‐5 years of experience in campaign and/or social marketing.
* Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital & social channels, with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of traditional & digital marketing channels, including digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), events, ATL, social media, and influencer marketing.
* Proven experience managing significant media budgets, with clear accountability & delivery of campaigns within set budget.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
