 
        
        **How will I help?** 
- You will also assist the Program delivery team to determine the impact of internal projects, changing CDR rules, Data Standards, and ecosystem landscape on our Open Banking solution
The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all business requirements and solution design is regulatory compliant with CDR rules and Data Standards, and considers operational risk and controls. 
- Provide direction to the assigned business analyst(s) for the necessary analysis and requirements gathering. 
- Provide direction to Tech partners on solution options that balances competing considerations from compliance, business, customer, security, privacy, operational risks and technical simplicity. 
- Assist Project Manager in the planning and resourcing of future releases. 
- Review, prioritise and signoff of test plans and scenarios; and actively participate in the defect management cycle.

**What do I need?** 
- Proven experience from the Banking or Financial Services industry, with solid Consumer and Business Banking knowledge. 
- Open Banking experience is desirable, but not essential. 
- Ability to deep dive into required details, as well as keeping the big picture and organisation impact in mind when making business decisions. 
- Sharp communication skills (written and verbal) in managing stakeholders and ensure the right outcome is balanced across stakeholders perspectives. 
- Experience as a Product Owner or lead Business Analyst. 
- Experienced in working in both Agile and waterfall methodology. 
- Deep experience with compliance projects and partnering closely with legal, compliance; and risk staff, as well as the confidence in turning legal / policy documents into requirements 
- Experience working with data-heavy project is preferred (eg data migrations, platform integration, Data Quality remediation). 
- Experience with NPP, or API development preferred.
