Role & Responsibilities:
This new store will be a key part of our expanding Victoria network, offering the full premium The Athlete's Foot experience to a vibrant, active bayside community.
This position is ideal for an experienced leader eager to advance in retail. The successful candidate will work closely with the Area Manager to drive high performance, team success, and operational excellence.
The role also involves community activations, partnering with sporting events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, emphasizing activities outside the traditional retail environment to promote brand growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in managing store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock levels, wages, and shrinkage.
* Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve KPI and sales goals.
* Strong monitoring of sales performance and opportunity identification.
* Experience in wage management, rostering, and adhering to company guidelines.
* Proven coaching and mentoring skills to maintain high team morale and support staff development.
* Knowledge of OH&S legislation and compliance.

* Proven retail management or senior assistant store management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Motivated, driven, and proactive attitude.
* Passion for team leadership and success.
* Strategic thinking with a track record of driving sales and KPIs.
* Operational skills in stock control and visual merchandising.
* Experience with roster management and wage control.
* Ability to build strong relationships with Support Office departments.
