Blauberg Ventilation is one of Australasia's leading HVAC manufacturers, and is offering an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Wetherill Park Creek.
The Position:
· Lead, supervise and develop a dedicated small team;
· Ordering of warehouse supplies from local suppliers;
· Overseeing and completing of orders;
· Coordinate all inbound and outbound freight;
· Ensure compliance of OSH requirements, company systems, warehouse compliance;
· Assisting in the unloading of containers;
· Use of related computer equipment and WMS programs;
· Act in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety responsibilities;
· Completing all relevant paperwork.
About You:
· Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution operations;
· Strong leadership capability, with experience managing warehouse teams and drivers;
· Solid understanding of pick/pack operations, inwards goods, container unloading, and inventory control;
· Experience coordinating freight using third-party carriers;
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive approach;
· Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal;
· Competency using Warehouse Management Systems, and Microsoft Office;
· Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement;
· Able to follow processes and instructions;
· A high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and a positive attitude;
· Accuracy and attention to detail must be impeccable;
· Must be adaptive and able to complete different warehouse tasks;
· A current forklift licence is required.
This is a fulltime position in a new modern warehouse, with off street parking.
