About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Head of Sales, Public Sector ANZ will be responsible for driving regional sales growth within the public health sector in the Australian and New Zealand market. This position plays a key role in developing strategic relationships, identifying market opportunities, and supporting the execution of sales initiatives that align with the company's broader commercial objectives.
The role will report into the Global Director of Sales. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of public health systems, the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, and a collaborative approach to working across teams. The Sales Lead will contribute to the delivery of tailored, value-driven solutions that support long-term customer partnerships and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive lead generation and opportunity development within the public hospital and health sector.
* Support the execution of "land and expand" strategies to foster long-term customer relationships.
* Deep understanding of public health systems in Australia and/or New Zealand, including procurement processes, funding models, and stakeholder dynamics.
* Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex data and technology solutions into clinical and operational value.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders in public healthcare settings.
* Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
* Manage daily sales activities including pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
* Provide timely and accurate sales data to support financial modelling and planning.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including product, marketing, and customer success.
* Contribute to the preparation of tender responses, proposals, and presentations.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Australia, Ireland, and the UK to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
About You:

* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as business, health, technology, or a related discipline. Postgraduate study is desirable but not essential.
* Proven track record in enterprise sales or strategic sales, preferably in health technology, digital health, or clinical informatics selling to hospital networks, health departments, or government health agencies.
* 7+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, with at least 3 years in the healthcare sector (public or private).
* Familiarity with health data platforms, clinical decision support tools, or hospital performance improvement solutions is highly desirable.
