Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, for a QHSE Continuous Improvement Coordinator. The role involves driving quality, health, safety, and environmental improvements across the organization. The Coordinator will analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, implement operational excellence strategies, and support a culture of continuous improvement. The role demands engagement with various teams, effective communication, and the alignment of business operations with regulatory standards and company objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, assess data, and make informed decisions
* Proficiency in Communication to collaborate with teams, deliver training, and present improvement plans
* Experience in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement techniques
* Expertise in driving Operational Excellence and implementing best practices in workplace processes
* Knowledge of QHSE standards, compliance, and legislation is highly advantageous
* Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred
* Experience in the construction, mining, or heavy equipment industries is a plus
