Facilities Director – Bendigo Hospital
About the Role
The Facilities Director leads the effective and safe delivery of a range of services and ensures compliance with contractual obligations at the hospital. This role reports to the General Manager H&E.
This role requires a strong stakeholder focus and a leader with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation to drive sustainable, best-in-class operations.

Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a leadership role preferably in a health facility
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Experience in hard facilities management
* Experience in developing solid senior stakeholder relationships
* Proven experience in fostering growth within an organisation
* Demonstrated leadership experience within a collaborative matrix-based working environment
* Ability to develop strong partnerships with external stakeholders
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
