Created to elevate Arcina Ori's visual identity across every customer touchpoint by owning the design execution of branded assets, campaigns, email marketing, paid advertising, and website assets.
As the brand scales, this role exists to remove design bottlenecks from the Marketing Specialist and ensure that creative output is faster, more consistent, and of a higher standard, freeing the broader marketing team to focus on strategy, storytelling, and growth.
Role Overview
This role owns the end to end design and production of all brand creative assets across email, paid media, website, and organic social. You will translate campaign concepts and brand direction into polished, on brand visual executions across every channel and format. Working closely with the Marketing Specialist and Head of Growth, you will ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brief, and to a premium standard that reflects the Arcina Ori aesthetic.

* Deliver high-volume creative output across multiple channels weekly
* Comfortable working to tight turnaround times (same-day / 24-hour briefs)
* Able to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail under pressure without compromising quality
Primary responsibilities
Email Marketing Design (30%)
* Design and execute all campaign EDMs (2–3 per week)
* Build and evolve email flow templates (welcome, post-purchase, winback, back-in-stock, loyalty)
* QA all EDMs prior to send, including layout, links, and rendering across devices
* Design supporting assets for campaign moments (launches, hero styles, BTS features)
* Manage asset exports and sizing for all email placements
Paid Advertising Creative (30%)
* Execute all paid ad creative across Meta, TikTok, and Google Display
* Produce 1–3 variations per brief with text overlays and messaging direction
* Adapt creative across multiple ratios and placements
* Iterate on creative based on performance feedback
Website Assets (20%)
* Manage homepage updates including image swaps and layout refreshes
* Add campaign imagery and video to product detail pages (PDPs)
* Support homepage storytelling in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist
Organic Social & Campaign Assets (20%)
* Design Instagram Story layouts for campaigns and content rollouts
* Create supporting social graphics for organic content
* Develop campaign assets including lookbooks, brand collateral, and activations
* Support packaging and care label design where required
* Maintain and organise the asset library (naming, exports, file structure)
Skills & Experience
* Advanced proficiency in:
* Adobe Illustrator
* Experience with:
* Klaviyo or similar EDM platforms
* Shopify (basic asset updates and formatting)
* Strong understanding of:
* digital file formats, export settings, and compression
* designing across multiple ratios and placements
* Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce, or a premium brand environment preferred
* Paid advertising creative
* Campaign or brand work
* Experience within fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is highly regarded
Must be available Part time in office, 2-3 days a week.
