Overview
We are now accepting applications for the 2023/2024 annual intake of Registered Nurses - Casual Community to provide quality, community-based health services across the Yorke Peninsula.
Community nursing is an exciting opportunity to support people in their own homes for a varied range of tasks, including palliative care, post acute care as well as supporting Home care packages, NDIS and CHSP services.
In this role the Registered Nurses provide nursing services to a wide demographic and geographical location within Yorke and Northern Location Health Network (YNLHN), from paediatric care to the elderly.
