Public Transport Operations Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to play a critical role in the real-time monitoring and management of our bus network across NSW.

* Monitor real-time bus service performance using PTIPS and other operational systems to identify delays, incidents, or service issues.
* Coordinate and communicate with bus operators, depot management, and external stakeholders to maintain service delivery and safety.
* Respond to and manage operational issues, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
* Support major events and special service operations, providing on-the-ground and communications assistance as needed.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and data for operational and safety performance, providing actionable insights to management.
* Continuously review incidents and service performance to identify improvements and reduce risks.
* Promote and uphold a culture of safety, integrity, and professionalism across all operations.
Key Qualifications:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Experience in transport operations, emergency response, or a similar fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficient with data entry, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to operational excellence and safety.
