Even if you only meet some of the criteria, we'd love to hear from you.***### ### ***If you'd like to know more about our reconciliation commitment, click here**** ### **Permanent, full-time opportunity based in Seymour*** ### **Support individuals in your own community in achieving their recovery goals*** ### **$40.62p/h **+ superannuation + salary packaging benefits + leave loading******About the program**The Psychosocial Recovery Service (PRS) is a program that exists to provide non-clinical based psychosocial support services to assist people experiencing severe mental health challenges, resulting in a reduction in psychosocial functional capacity as well as their family and their carers.**About the opportunity**Under the direction of the Team Leader, the role of the Recovery Worker is to complete the initial intake and assessment, develop and execute action plans to assist individuals with achieving their recovery goals.This role will see you conducting group based activities aimed at building individual capacity and life skills as well as providing individual, person centred, recovery and trauma informed supports.
