**About the Role**

As Community Services Manager, you'll take the reins on a diverse and meaningful portfolio of programs — including Therapy and Behaviour Support, Family Intervention Services, and more. You'll be steering a talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver services that are person-centered, strengths-based, and truly life-changing.

You'll report to our Director of Community & Allied Health and be responsible for planning and budgets to team development and service innovation.

**About You**

You're not just a manager — you're a mentor, a collaborator, and a big-picture thinker. You know how to balance strategy with heart, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

**You'll need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field, Psychology, Social Work/Science (and current professional registration)
- 3+ years leading diverse teams in health or social care settings
- Operational management experience - budgets, planning, service delivery
- A passion for person-centered, capacity-building approaches
- A strong grasp of disability, aged care, and early intervention services
- Excellent communication and people skills
- NSW WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check, First Aid, Driver's Licence

**Desirable**:

- Advanced Behavioural Support Practitioner
- Management or Business qualifications
- Experience across NDIS, Education, Aged Care, Child & Family services
