**About you**
We need your proactive and passionate customer service experience in our contact centre team. To be successful in your role as a Customer Concierge Operator, you will be motivated about delivering a great customer experience, every day in every way. You will be the first point of contact in our call centre environment, working towards individual, team and customer goals.
**What we are looking for in you**:
- Customer service experience dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment, with contact centre experience desirable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate Computer skills.
- Ability to utilise a variety of bespoke operating systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios and manage complex out of the box enquiries
**Operating hours**:
This role requires working across a bandwidth of shifts within the spread of cluster operating hours which are worked over a rotating roster cycle. Please note that there are no set fixed shifts. Some roles may require working across a bandwidth of rotating shifts including morning, afternoon and evening work from Monday to Saturday between 7am-7pm.
Some clusters operate with extended operational hours between 6am-10pm Monday-Sunday including public holidays.
**Remuneration**
CCO - SNSW Clerk Grade 2, starting annual salary $56,102 plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

CCO Opportunities available in our Contact Centre located at Newcastle and Maitland.
