We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in a busy accounting firm. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to accountants and firm partners.
Job Description
* Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including managing a range of tasks such as ATO communications, company statements, and compliance documentation.
* Prepare and submit eStatements through ATO systems (ASCE)
* Liaise with the ATO to arrange payment plans and follow up on queries
* Manage company statements and general compliance documentation
* Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist with client file management
Key Requirements
* Experience in a public practice accounting or tax firm
* Strong admin skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills – especially over the phone
* Familiarity with ATO systems such as ASCE
