Role Description
We are a dynamic and growing brand with plans to expand to 60+ clubs. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature Cycle Studios, Reformer Pilates, cafés, crèche, and saunas, creating an environment that motivates, challenges, and inspires.
Main Responsibilities:
* Selling new memberships, ensuring the club targets set by senior management are achieved.
* Providing training, mentoring, and supporting Membership Consultants, encouraging creative and varied techniques for incoming leads.
* Utilizing internal software systems including Clubware, Debit Success & Gym Sales to ensure internal communications and procedures are met and followed.
* Maintaining a continual lead base through internal and external marketing including social media, SMS, Email Blasts, B2B outreach, community events, and other forms of lead generation.
* Supporting the General Manager as needed.
* Executing external lead generation strategies including B2B outreach and community event planning.
This role requires effective planning, organization, and execution of tasks to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
* Excellent sales and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
