We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Reception and Office Coordinator to join a leading building and construction materials company located in Parramatta, NSW.As the Reception and Office Coordinator every day will be different but the key focus areas that you will be concentrating your efforts on include:Manage all office administration including collating data for reporting purposes, distribution of mail, purchasing of supplies and catering for officeReceptionist duties including answering phones, filing, photocopying, ensuring compliance and quality controlCoordination of company events including monthly presentations and/or social activitiesOrganizing travel arrangements and reservations as and when requiredCo-ordinate building maintenance services including the building access cards and car park arrangements with building security on a day-to-day basisCommunications with internal and external relations, staff, suppliers, corporate clients & management.Assist in purchasing goods and services required by the Parramatta staff.Co-ordination of inbound and outbound mailMaintenance of kitchen, kitchen equipment and meeting roomsManage and motivate 1 part time support staffThis role is a great fit for you, if you have:Some previous administration, reception, and customer service experience, or if you are new to admin with a willingness to learn, we can train you on the jobGood interpersonal skills when communicating with internal and external stakeholdersMicrosoft Office Applications experience such as Microsoft Word and ExcelEnterprise system experience such as SAP (desirable), Oracle or similarAble work to strict deadlines and hold a high level of resilience in ever changing work environmentsApplication ProcessOnline application: Submit your application online!
