About the Position
The successful candidate will facilitate the onboarding process for prospective residents and their families, providing empathetic and client-focused guidance and support.
This position may involve coordinating planned and emergency respite admissions, maintaining accurate records in the Client Management System, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
* Guide prospective residents and their families through permanent and respite residential aged care admissions.
* Maintain precise, up-to-date, and confidential records in the CRM to ensure seamless client management.
* Collaborate with internal teams, external organisations, and healthcare professionals to guarantee smooth care transitions.
* Promote our services professionally at events, meetings, and forums.
* Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, or meetings, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
* Identify and implement enhancements to admissions processes, client satisfaction, and team workflows with ongoing monitoring.
