The Department of Education is seeking a highly motivated School Psychologist to join the Student Services Team as a permanent role. The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders and the Learning Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide evidence-based strategies to address learning, social, and behavioural needs
* Support students at risk through tailored interventions
* Contribute to whole-school planning and targeted response strategies
* Help develop and implement school-based support programs
The School Psychologist will play a key role in strengthening student wellbeing and engagement across the school. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where students can reach their potential.
The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with staff, students, and caregivers, and have a deep understanding of school systems and effective engagement practices. They will also deliver high-quality psychological services aligned with professional and school standards.

Eligibility:
* Hold or be eligible for provisional or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with work rights
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
