About the role
This full-time Retail Store Manager position with Priceline Pharmacy Smithfield part of Loukas Group offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of a thriving pharmacy store in Smithfield, Queensland. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the efficient and profitable running of the business.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
* Provide outstanding customer service and lead your team to do the same
* Identify and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer loyalty
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacy assistants
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
* Continuously monitor and improve store performance and processes
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry
* Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, customer service, and regulatory compliance
* Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant qualifications in pharmacy, retail, or business management would be highly regarded
